DataBot is an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system. It transfers data as provided or entered by that company or individual. The Data entered, or imported on instruction, by you the user of your Organization, remains your property and Databot Pty Ltd (DataBot) will not use nor make available for use, any of this information without your permission.
The Data entered, exported or imported on instruction, by You is transferred securely and is only accessible to any person you have authorized to use the Service. DataBot will only access Your Organization’s account or Data if it becomes necessary in order to resolve EDI errors.
DataBot does not store Your Credit Card details. Nor can your Credit Card details be accessed by DataBot staff. Your credit card details are encrypted and securely stored by our payment provider to enable DataBot to automatically bill your credit card on a recurring basis. Credit Card transactions use SSL Certificates.
The Data entered, or imported on instruction, by You is transferred securely and is only accessible to any person You have authorized to use the Service.
DataBot may from time to time access non personally-identifying or aggregate usage information and transaction volumes in order to better understand how our customers are using the Service so we can improve the system design.
DataBot will request information from Organization’s who wish to use our Service. We will only ask for such information as is necessary or appropriate to provide You with the Service.
Users should only enter, or instruct the importation of, Data within a secure environment. Access and storage controls via the Service are administered by DataBot in Australia. Where You access or input Data, from somewhere other than the country where the Data is stored or to be stored, You consent to that Data being transferred from one country to the other (including via any intermediate country) as a function of transmission across the Internet.
The Service may contain links enabling the electronic transfer of data with third-party applications. DataBot takes no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of these applications. You are responsible for checking the privacy policy of the third-party applications.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account, or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, please contact our Support Team. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
DataBot reserves the right to change this policy at any time and any amended policy is effective upon the posting on this website. DataBot will make every effort to communicate these changes to You via email or notification via the website.
Use of the service is subject to DataBot’s Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with this. In the event of a conflict or disagreement between this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will prevail.
