DataBot works by connecting to your inventory systems API, detecting order status and workflow changes, creating Coghlan Logistics specific CSV files, and sending the order and/or item files to Coghlan's FTP server. DataBot will also monitor Coghlan's FTP server for response files, and keep the inventory system updated as your orders make their way to your customers.
